PRODUCTS
Can I get advice on which products are right for me?
Yes! We’re happy to answer your questions, offer advice, or tailor a custom skincare routine for you. Contact us by email, describing your skin type, condition, age, and concerns, and we will find a solution for you.

Do you use ingredients containing gluten?
Some of our products contain oats. Please note that we are not a gluten-free facility.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Most of our products are made with low concentrations of essential oils, but we recommend consulting a health professional. Always patch test new products before full application.

Do you use GMO ingredients?
All of our products are GMO-free as part of our commitment to our Green List.

Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not! We have never, and will never, test on animals.

Are all of your products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are vegan.

Are your products biodegradable and safe for natural waterways?
Yes, all of our products are biodegradable and will not harm natural habitats or aquatic life.

What are your expiry dates?
Most products have a shelf life of one to two years when unopened. Many also have a specified PAO (the open jar symbol) indicating their longevity after opening, usually 6-12 months. Heat, sunlight, and humidity may impact shelf life, so contact us if you have concerns.

Do you offer wholesale or business orders?

ORDERS AND BILLING
Can I change an order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, we cannot make changes. Please contact us with any questions, and we’ll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

In what currency will I be charged?
You will be charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your credit card company will apply your local currency exchange rate.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $70 CAD (or $70 USD) to Canada and the US.

Do you deliver outside of Canada?
Yes, we deliver worldwide from our warehouse in Alberta, Canada.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse in Calgary, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking for international orders is available only if a ‘tracked’ shipping method is selected.

What if the tracking says my parcel has been delivered, but it hasn’t arrived?
Please allow an additional 48 hours for possible courier delays. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived after that, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

What if my parcel arrived damaged?
We’re sorry to hear about that! Please contact us with photos of how your parcel arrived, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 

RETURNS
What if the products I purchase don’t work for me?
If a product isn't for you, we will gladly refund your purchase or exchange it for a different product. It doesn’t matter if you have your receipt or if the product has been used. We only ask for your feedback on why you’re returning it, as it’s valuable for our product development.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email or call us. Our customer service team will assign a return authorization number and provide return/exchange instructions via email. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order delivery.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 1-2 business days, while weekend and holiday orders will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been packed and shipped.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out within 2-3 days of receiving the original item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the reimbursement to appear on your statement.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Taxes will be charged based on the shipping address, with provincial tax rates for Canadian orders. US and international orders are not charged sales tax but may incur customs charges and duties.
